Free Valuation Resources and Education for Investors and Business Owners
This site’s mission is to be the # 1 valuation and investment website for private company owners and every day investors looking to maximize the value of their assets. We explain valuation and investment methods in simple, easy to understand language and will constantly update the site with information, resources, tips, links, etc.
We have seen business owners not realize full value for their life’s work when they sell their business. We also believe there aren't enough free resources to value private companies, public stocks and bonds, and alternative investments in a focused, yet simple fashion. This site was conceived to fill this information void in one place on the internet.
We are not aiming to replace the work of business brokers, accountants, lawyers, or other professionals who dedicate their careers to valuing businesses. It would be impossible to do this. Instead, we work in unison with these professionals to provide better education and resources. We also don't provide investment advice on specific securities, but rather the tools for you to value and pick them.
Our pledge is to continually update the site with high quality valuation content, resources, tips, models, and links to help every day investors.
As the site develops, please share your experiences valuing business or any other asset in the forums. Or simply pay it forward, and contribute your knowledge to the site as a way to continue helping other investors and business owners using the tools provide in this site. If you feel this site has been useful, don’t forget to bookmark us, like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, or subscribe to our newsletter as we continually give you updates on more content.
So enjoy the site, and hopefully when you are done you will feel empowered with knowledge....the knowledge that makes you better prepared to value your private company or investment and rely less on someone else. Thank you for visiting and enjoy the stay.
